Proposals are now being accepted for grant award in 2009

Pfizer Inc. provides the Pfizer Asia Urology Research Grant Program to support outstanding investigators from our region and to promote independent research.

This program will support basic and clinical research into the areas of interest related to the field of Urology and Sexual Health. Priority will be given to those research proposals with relevant to Asian population. Priority will be given to the clinical studies, not more than 25% of grant will be given to basic research proposals.

Applications are invited from medical and life science practitioners and academicians who are residing in Asian countries.

All projects should yield results that merit submission as abstracts to scientific meetings and subsequent publication in peer-reviewed journals.

All grant proposals must be submitted to pfizerurologygrant@pfizer.com by April 30, 2009. An independent and multidisciplinary grant review committee will judge those proposals based on their originality, scientific merit, and feasibility.
