As long as you are a corresponding member of The Taiwanese Association of Andrology, you may download the society's application form, fill up the necessary information and remit the dues (enrollment fee of NT$2,000 + annual fee of NT$1,000), you will avail of the waiver subject to further screening and receive full membership with all its subsequent benefits.

3. Fees: Enrollment fee – NT$2,000,
   Annual membership fee – NT$1,000,
   Residents may avail of half the rate (NT$500).
